These terms govern your use of EnrichGrid (the "Service"), operated by EnrichGrid ("we", "us").
EnrichGrid provides professional profile enrichment through a web dashboard and an API. Usage is measured in credits; one credit is consumed per profile found.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Manage subscription"); access continues until the end of the paid period. Unused credits remain on your account.
You agree not to resell raw access to the API, abuse rate limits, or use the data for unlawful purposes, including unsolicited communications that violate applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
